About Ardent BI

Ardent BI is a mobile business intelligence application developed by Ardent Networks that gives authorized users real-time access to sales, inventory, financial, and operational data from their organization's systems.

Getting Started

  1. 1Download the App from the App Store or Google Play (or via your organization's unlisted distribution link).
  2. 2Log in using the credentials provided by your company's MIS administrator.
  3. 3 Select the module (Sales, Inventory, Finance, etc.) you want to view.
  4. 4 Use filters to drill down into specific data ranges, branches, or categories.

Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Please contact your company's MIS administrator to request a password reset.

Why can't I see certain reports or branches?

Access to modules and data is controlled by your organization's administrator based on your role.

The app shows "No data available." Why?

This may be due to:

  • No records matching your current filters.
  • A temporary connection issue with the server.
  • Your account not having access to that module.

Try adjusting filters or pulling to refresh. If the issue persists, contact support.

How do I update the app?

Updates are released periodically through the App Store, Google Play, or your organization's distribution channel. Enable auto-update to always get the latest version.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All connections use encrypted HTTPS/TLS, and authentication tokens expire after a period of inactivity. See our Privacy Policy for details.
